LTMWG942 MobileMark 7-in-1 5G Cellular, WiFI GPS Roof Antenna with 6.8ft Leads in Black

Great antenna system - one of the few that supports the expanded 5G spectrum. After researching mobile cellular and data options for my camper/trailer, I opted for this antenna with the PepWave Max Transit 5G modem. I’m still waiting for the modem to test the performance, but the antenna is sharp! Cable length was perfect for mounting directly above my video cabinet where I intend to install the modem. I opted to install the antenna with the optional ground plane on a waterproof box cover with a 1 1/2” conduit for future access. This provided a watertight seal to my travel trailer roof and set the antenna slightly higher. I painted the box and ground plane flat black to match the antenna. Installation was simple after locating an appropriate roof access area inside my trailer and cutting a ceiling access panel. Then after measuring and approximating the roof position, I drilled a pilot hole from inside the trailer to locate the exact position. I finished the hole from the roof, and mounted the box assembly with self-leveling compound and silicone seal around the conduit inside the box. I finished the installation by securing the antenna/cover to the box and routing the 7 cables through the short conduit into the trailer, then down to my access location for the modem. Installation looks great, hoping the performance is equally great once I have a chance to try it out. This antenna provodes more comprehensive combine options and appears smaller than most other RV data/ WiFi/cell antenna sets available for consumer RV use.
