Advanced Replacement Deposit. We recognize many of our customers cannot wait for 1-2 weeks for a warranty replacement from the manufacturer while traveling on the road using products purchased from MobileMustHave.com. That is why we have introduced the Mobilecare Advanced Replacement Program. Warranties are provided by the manufacturer of your products, not by MobileMustHave.com, which is why we hold a deposit for shipping multiple units to you to expedite the warranty process. This service is offered as a courtesy to our customers on a per incident basis approved at the sole discretion of MobileMustHave.
If you purchased your product in the last 30 days and the unit has been determined by our customer service team to be defective. We will replace the unit free of charge once the defective unit has been returned to us. If you do not wish to wait for the defective unit to be returned you may elect to put down a deposit of $500.00 for a replacement modem which will be refunded to you once we receive your defective unit back. This will allow us to cross-ship a replacement unit immediately and allow you to return the defective unit within 14 days at your convenience.
Advanced Replacement Terms & Conditions:
This service is offered as a courtesy to our customers on a per incident basis approved at the sole discretion of MobileMustHave. This service is only offered on devices with a minimum of 90 days remaining on the factory warranty. Upon purchasing Mobilecare Advanced Replacement we will charge your credit card an additional $500.00 deposit to cover a portion of cost of the replacement unit being shipped to you. We will ship you a replacement unit immediately once your deposit is received using a new order number which will appear as a zero dollar order under "My Account" on MobileMustHave.com. The replacement modem will be fully tested with a manufacturer warranty term at or beyond that of your original purchase. In order to receive your deposit back you must return the old modem in like-new condition with all original packing materials and accessories. You must return the device using UPS or FEDEX and will be required to provide your tracking number after checkout. Once you return the old unit, your deposit of $500.00 will be refunded to you in full. If you do not return the unit within 14 days, we will charge the card on file the balance of the retail purchase price of the modem plus any applicable shipping so please ensure you send the unit back to us in a timely manner. You must agree to these terms to proceed with an advanced replacement.
