We provide the warranty. We provide you with overnight shipping of your replacement device free of charge should you ever have an issue. And we can send you a replacement device, same day, without receiving your old device first if you are in a hurry to get back on the road.* You are already inconvenienced with a defective product, why be further inconvenienced with a poor warranty experience. MobileCare has you covered. For a device to be eligible for MobileCare you must have a valid factory warranty still in place. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis, however units must be in good working order and a diagnostic report will be required from the device prior to obtaining your MobileCare warranty.
