We have negotiated the ability to provide high gigabyte cellular data plans that operate on the nation's largest cellular network. These plans are not like traditional reseller plans as they are fully authorized to operate with equipment purchased from MobileMustHave. Similar to Mint Mobile, Cricket, and other larger resellers we utilize our own segment of the network which is fully authorized by the carrier and billing and customer service is managed directly by our team of customer service professionals, not a third party.
If you are looking to work or just stay connected on the road, then a cellular data plan with high GB capacity running on a reliable network is an essential component in your setup. Unfortunately, the four major cellular carriers no longer offer high gigabyte data plans directly but 300GB of high speed data is now available exclusively through MobileMustHave for customers who have purchased hardware from our store.
Here is How it Works
We have negotiated special discounts for our customers who utilize our hardware and agree to our mobile data Terms of Service. When you purchase the data plan above you will be sent a SIM card ready for activation complete with 30 days of pre-paid data. Accept our Terms of Service and confirm your desired activation date and within 48 hours of that date your sim will be actived (Monday-Friday). Detailed instructions will be emailed to you when your sim card ships with steps on how to activate your plan and setup monthly recurring payments for as long as you choose to keep the plan.
Is This Throttled Or Network Managed?
These plans are fully authorized to operate with data only devices sold by MobileMustHave. Plans are not throttled and will operate at high speed for 300GB of usage during your 30 day billing cycle. Your 300GB of usage will reset at the beginning of the 30 day cycle. Enjoy high speeds typically between 12-100mbps. Speed will vary greatly depending on your location, environmental factors, cellular network saturation and other factors. This is normal and true of all cellular data plans on any network however streaming services, video calling and other services operate well with speeds above 5mbps in most situations.
All data plans are subject to network management of some sort on any carrier. If someone tells you different they are not telling the full story. Cellular networks prioritize phone traffic over data only devices on all plans, whether direct or through MobileMustHave Wireless. Our network utilizes our own APN, meaning we have our own segment of the network to route traffic for our customers. This typically results in customers reporting faster upload speeds and consistent download speeds with our plans over carrier direct plans. Speed will vary greatly depending on your location, environmental factors, cellular network saturation and other factors. This is normal and true of all cellular data plans.
Is 300 GB Enough?
300GB is typically enough data for full-time use for work and internet use as well as for moderate streaming use (1-3 hours per day). Pepwave devices have the ability to monitor data usage, limit bandwidth for streaming devices to conserve bandwidth and help customers track usage. Guides are available at guides.mobilemusthave.com
The average customer uses approximately 150-200GB per month while using the internet similar to how they operate at home. Families with more than 3 member may see increased usage or those who stream heavily. The vast majority (90+ percent) use under 300GB per month however for high usage customers a second sim option is available for 600GB of data.
What happens if I go over?
The account is monitored for abuse and for activity not consistent with the rules outlined in our Terms of Servic
e. If you are found to be using more than (300GB) per month, you will be disconnected, your line will resume at the next billing cycle. If you habitually exceed 300gb you might be disconnected permanently. Make sure to set your bandwidth alerts as outlined in our Bandwidth Management How-To Article.
All of our Pepwave devices can be configured to stop using data at a particular threshold to prevent an unexpected line shut down. Pepwave devices can also accept multiple sim cards and automatically fail over to a second sim card if your primary account reaches its limit. This is generally not needed but it is an option for those exceptionally high usage customers who will need to purchase multiple data plans.
Can I Delay Activation?
Yes, you can delay your activation for up to 90 days. When you purchase the above plan we will send you a sim card along with an activation email to accept our terms of service and request activation. Simply delay responding to that email until you are ready to activate and your line will remain in the activation queue until you are ready. Note we recommend customers activate lines a few days before traveling for testing purposes.
Is My Device Compatible
If you purchased it from us, it is compatible! If you didn't... it's not, unfortunately. If you recently purchased a mobile router elsewhere return it and re-purchase from us so you can take advantage. Apologies but those are the rules we agreed to when we were given the ability to offer these exclusive plans.
Other Plans Claim they are Unlimited or Cheaper, Why?
The plans offered here are not the same as lower-cost plans offered by others that claim to be unlimited plans. Many of those plans are unlimited, but they are designed to function in tablets or phones or are activated using loopholes with the carriers. This leaves them open to get shut down when the carriers realize they are not being used in the way they were intended. This is why those plans often are disconnected without notice. Our plans cost more, because they are fully authorized by the carrier. The carrier gets more and our customers gain stability, peace-of-mind and the ability to work with our Customer Service Team directly not a third party. Questions? I Already Have a Plan From You, Is this Different?
Data referral plans or "reseller plans" offered on our website historically are managed by a third party. By purchasing those plans you receive an introduction to a third party for data plan access. If you have those plans, most of which have higher GB limits and you are happy with it, no need to switch, just keep things as they are. If you wish to switch to this plan that is possible as well, simple purchase this plan and notify the data reseller (same person you communicate with to pay your monthly bill) you wish to disconnect the previous service. Note that a new sim card will be required when switching between any plans. One will be sent to you upon checkout.

Can I temporarily Suspend Service?
Yes, there are no contracts or commitments with the MMH data plans from MobileMustHave.com You can discontinue service at any time by simply logging letting us know. Pro-rated refunds for pre-paid months of service will not be issued however we can request your line be suspended at the end of your billing cycle so that you can continue to use the line through your pre-paid monthly period without issue.
To re-instate service, a new sim card will be required. Simply purchase the plan again using the link above and receive a new sim card. Note if you resume service after disconnecting the monthly fee will adjust to the current recurring monthly rate listed on this page. When resuming service you must pay the fee listed here at checkout which includes your first 30 days of service. This allows us to cover the cost of the sim and shipping and also the labor associated with connecting/disconnected lines.
How Do I Pay The Monthly Bill?
Once your line is activated you will receive a link to setup your monthly payments. Simply follow the link and enter your payment information. You will not be charged until your 30 days of pre-paid service is up and then will be charged for your next 30 days of service. You may cancel your service at anytime by emailing [email protected]
and can manage your billing preferences within our billing portal at any time.
What If I forget to Pay My Bill or My Card Is Declined?
If your card is declined you will receive an email alert that there is a payment issue allowing you to remedy. If you do not remedy the issue within 48 hours your line will be disconnected and re-assigned to another customer. If your line is disconnected due to non-payment, you must purchase the plan again and wait for the new sim card to arrive. This is because the previous sim will no longer work once the line is re-assigned. Avoid issues by ensuring your auto payment remains in good standing.
